Average time to record mix and master one song is 1-3 hours.

Mixing and mastering vocals to an instrumental will usually take 2-3 hours. With Individual stems of the instrumental 3-6.

Export all your files individually. Make sure to take off all plugins and effects on the vocals and the master channel. Make sure your master channel is not hitting the red before you export. If you are not sure if it is or not turn the volume down on the master channel by 12db to be safe.
